About us
Vlnap a.s. is a shareholder company based in Nejdek, located in West Bohemia close to the famous spa Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. We are ISO 9001-2015 and certified according to STANDARD 100 by ÖKO-TEX® - certificate A10-0898 and produce a wide range of worsted spun yarn for the central European market. The most loved raw material is wool and our production starts from tops raw white or top dyed, pure or blended with nearly all other long staple materials specifically designed on the demand of our valuable customers.
VLNAP a.s. was founded in the year 1873. The current main shareholder of the company is HATTORFER KAMMGARNSPINNEREIEN GmbH, Niederschmalkalden, Germany.
Quality control
Our mill has its own, well equipped laboratory and state of the art. The whole production line, beginning from the incoming tops until the readymade yarn leaves the company, is controlled and all dates are registered in a data base. Despite the best possible automation in the production in the packing department every single cone is inspected by our staff before the goods will be sent out to our customers.
